To be honest, I never really enjoyed cauliflower… It just seems like flavorless broccoli. However, this Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Wing recipe from PETA made me a cauliflower fan! It is great on it’s own or toss it in a pita with sliced tomato and crunch romaine for a hearty sandwich. I like making this recipe with garbanzo bean flour, which adds a protein punch!
