If you are a pad thai fan, you know it can be difficult to recreate at home. This recipe from Post Punk Kitchen is the first pad thai recipe I have tried and been very happy with the results! What I love most is that all of the sauce ingredients are comprised of thing I already keep in my pantry, making it a quick go to!
Quick tip: If you open up a jar of tomato paste for this recipe and you have some left, use a spatula to scoop out the rest and spread it out on a piece of plastic wrap. Wrap it off, throw it in the freezer, and break pieces off the next time you want to make pad thai!
